Description

All next of kin of servicemen who lost their lives in the War were presented with a memorial plaque and commemorative scroll from the King and country. Often referred to as Dead Man's Penny, the plaque was cast in bronze and approximatley 5 inches in diameter.
Trevor Smith was one of fourteen children and a brother to Olive Elvira Stokes (nee Smith).
