Description

Private David John Thomas of Brynhyfryd, Llanberis, North Wales was born in 1892. He served with 40th Casualty Clearing Station. He was called up for service on 14 April 1915 for the Royal Army Medical Corps. He received the British War Medal, the Victory Medal and the Samaritan Cross. He was transferred to Army Reserve on 27th July 1919.
